The newgrounds audience is extremely harsh and judge most submissions by very standards.
You can spent months on a single project and it'll still not be good enough for whatever reason.
You gotta train yourself to enjoy the process of creating animation and not care about the opinion of critics.
Return those nasty reviews with equally nasty replies.
You'll get significantly better with practice and eventually those same critics will be kissing your ass.
